Club Status Renewal Documents

Each year, ALL student organizations must renew their organization's status. This process starts in April 2014 and continues through September 2014. In order to receive up-to-date information from Campus Activities, it is important to complete your renewal as soon as possible.

Steps:

  1. Complete the Student Organization Status Renewal form if you have not renewed your student organization status for the 2014–15 academic year.
  2. Attend the club officer training events that will occur in September 2014. The minimum requirement for all organizations is to have at least one officer represented at each officer training session. Dates, locations, and requirements will be emailed out to all registered club officers. Dates and locations will also be posted on the Campus Activities calendar. Each club will need to complete the training reservation form.
