Important: Please provide the total number of tickets you will need-- including all students, teachers, chaperones, aides, etc.  We will calculate the number of complimentary tickets you receive, which will be reflected on the invoice you receive from our office.

Invoices

You will receive a confirmation email, invoice attached, within 10 days of your order. You receive one complimentary ticket for every 10 you purchase; we will calculate this upon receipt of your order. You may use these complimentary tickets for students or adults.

Payment

Full payment is due Tuesday, October 7, 2014 for orders placed before Monday, September 15, 2014. For orders placed after September 15th, payment is due 30 days after the reservation is made, or one week before the performance date, whichever comes first.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. If you experience a significant reduction in the number of seats needed and notify us of the change eight weeks prior to the performance, we will issue a refund for the unused seats. You  may revise your numbers up to one week prior to the performance.

Group Ticket Policy
The ticket prices listed above are intended for school groups of 15 or more (paid seats) and are made possible through a generous grant from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Wisconsin and Southeastern Minnesota. Orders for non-school groups under 15 seats per performance do not meed the criteria for this reduced cost and will be charged at a higher rate. 

Accommodations
If, after this original order is placed, you receive a student who requires special accommodations, please let us know as soon as you are able so we can make appropriate arrangements for seating, etc.  If you will be bringing a hearing impaired child, please click here to learn more about the Fine Arts Center's assisted listening devices.
