St. Catherine’s Medal Call for Nominations: The St. Catherine's Medal honors students who represent the high ideals of a Catholic college education, including but not limited to Viterbo University's core values of contemplation, hospitality, integrity, stewardship, and service. Faculty, staff, administrators and students are encouraged to submit nominations via the online nomination form at http://www.viterbo.edu/stcatherinesmedal/. Viterbo students, employees, and FSPA have until Monday, Feb 2 to purchase discounted tickets to the annual Holocaust Lecture on March 26 at 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre. This year’s speaker is Eva Schloss, childhood friend of Anne Frank. Tickets are expected to sell out in a few hours when they go on sale to the general public Feb 2. The VU student ticket price is $2, limit one. The price for VU employees and FSPA is $5, limit two. More information about the Holocaust lecture can be found here.

Viterbo University will present a concert production of the iconic musical West Side Story at the Weber Center for the Performing Arts at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30–Saturday Jan. 31 and Friday, Feb. 6–Saturday, Feb. 7 and 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8.
Holocaust survivor Eva Schloss, Anne Frank’s childhood friend, will present “Hiding, Betrayal, Survival: The Life and Times of Anne Frank and Eva Schloss” at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 26 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre. Tickets for the event go on sale to the general public at the Viterbo box office Monday, Feb. 2.

The Viterbo University Fine Arts Center has been selected to receive funding from Arts Midwest’s Touring Fund, a program of Arts Midwest, to support the performance of James Sewell Ballet’s Lover and Other Works Jan. 30. The Arts Midwest Touring Fund is generously supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional support provided by General Mills Foundation.
