Important Reminders 

  • You will receive a confirmation email, invoice attached, within 10 days of your order.

  • You receive one complimentary ticket for every 10 you purchase; we will calculate this upon receipt of your order. On the order form, indicate the total number of tickets you will need (including students, chaperones, teachers, etc.). You may use your complimentary tickets for students or adults.

Arts for All

Arts for All is an awards program where teachers can apply for a discount on their ticket price based upon the free and reduced percentage at their school. The application deadline for the 2015-16 season has passed. The application for the 2016-17 season will be made available in July of 2016. Click the above link to learn more.

To Order Tickets

You must order online by clicking the Order Tickets button at the top of this page.You must fill out a separate order form for each performance you wish to attend.  If you require assistance when filling out the form, please email or call 608-796-3735.

Payment Information

Full payment is due Tuesday, October 13, 2015 for orders placed before Monday, September 14, 2015.  
For orders placed after September 14, 2015, payment is due 30 days after the reservation is made, or one week before the performance date, whichever comes first.
If you are applying for an Arts for All award, your invoice due date will be adjusted.

Seating Assignments

Seating location is determined by three criteria: the date the initial reservation is made, if payment is received by the due date stated on the invoice, and a group’s special accommodation needs. If payment is not received by the due date, your group will be moved and those who have paid by the due date will be assigned to your initial seats.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you experience a significant reduction in the number of seats needed and notify us of the change eight weeks prior to the performance, we will issue a refund for the unused seats. You may revise your numbers up to one week prior to the performance.

Inclement Weather

If a performance is cancelled by Viterbo University due to inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule it. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be given. If you need to reduce the number of seats for the new date, we will refund the difference. If you are unable to attend a performance due to your school’s delay or cancellation, we will make every attempt to exchange your order for another age-appropriate performance. If your group is unable to attend another performance, we will review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Group Ticket Policy

The ticket prices listed for the performances are intended for school groups of 15 or more (paid seats) and are made possible through a generous grant from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Wisconsin and Southeastern Minnesota. Orders for non-school groups under 15 seats per performance do not meet the criteria for this reduced cost and will be charged at a higher rate.

Special Accommodations

Upon your order, communicate any special needs your students have (wheelchairs, walkers, no stairs, visual or hearing impairment, etc.) so we can seat your group appropriately. Because of limited ability to accommodate these needs, we must have this information upon order, or at least one week prior to the performance.  Please see our PDF iconAssistive Listening Device handout to learn more about the devices available to aid your hearing impaired students.
