Seventy-nine undergraduate students, 30 master’s degree students, and four associate degree students will be candidates for graduation at Viterbo University’s winter commencement ceremony at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.
James (Jim) Salmo has been named vice president for advancement at Viterbo University effective in January. Salmo was chosen to lead fundraising and benefactor relation efforts at Viterbo, succeeding Wendell Snodgrass who resigned in August.
The Viterbo University Fine Arts Center has added a performance by the Celtic music group Cherish the Ladies at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 17 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.

The annual Viterbo Employee Christmas Social will be held from 2:30–4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14 in the Fine Arts Center Lobby. All employees are welcome for light hors d'oeuvres, holiday beverages, a holiday raffle, and Christmas cheer with colleagues and friends. Donations for the Viterbo Food Pantries are requested. Boxes will be available at both entrances for the donations. Just as a reminder, the Hospitality Committee requests that all door prize donations be dropped off no later than Thursday, Dec. 13. If your department or organization has items that you would like to donate, drop them off in the Human Resources office in Murphy Center 200.
