The Viterbo community is invited to attend “Cultural Diversity Symposium: Advancing Health Equity” from 6–8 p.m. Tuesday, April 16 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. The presentation by Sandy Littlejohn will examine opportunities to learn about people of different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. By fostering discussion in class and in the workplace about diversity people can identify ways to create and celebrate diversity awareness. This seminar is hosted by the HRSA N.U.R.S.E.S. grant. Nursing students are highly encouraged to attend.
Lee Rasch, founder and executive director of LeaderEthics-Wisconsin, a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization committed to promoting ethical leadership among elected officials, will conclude the Viterbo University Leadership at Noon Series for the academic year Tuesday, April 16 in the Reinhart Center Board Room.

A group of students from SOWK 351: Theory and Practice with Communities will be having a display on campus in recognition of Denim Day to bring awareness and educate around the prevalence and impact of sexual assault. They are collecting statements and quotes (one to three sentences) from members of the Viterbo community about the personal impact of sexual assault to be displayed on campus within the project.
