La Crosse County Veterans Service Officer Adam Flood will be at Viterbo from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. Wednesday, Oct. 11. in Murphy Center 370. He will be on campus to provide information/answer for questions regarding Veterans benefits. All veterans are encouraged to meet with him to learn more about possible additional benefits, changes to benefits, and to gain a better understanding of current benefits.
Submissions are still being accepted for the Philosophy and Pop Culture Undergraduate Conference, Friday, Nov. 17 in the Reinhart Center Board Room. This year’s theme is Magical Realities and Fantasy Worlds. Students interested in presenting at this conference are asked to submit a short abstract (up to 500 words) and the title of their presentation to Robyn Gaier at email@example.com by Monday, Oct. 16. All students are welcome to participate. The conference will be free and open to the public.

October Service Saturday is being held in collaboration with WTC and UW-L for Make a Difference Day Saturday, Oct 14. Check in is from 9–9:30 a.m. at Weigent Park, followed by volunteering from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Afterward, return to the park for food and games/prizes. Click to register.
