Group Fitness Classes Demo Week at the Mathy Center

Group fitness classes for the spring semester are underway at the Mathy Center. Offerings include total strength, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and butts n’ guts. New classes are cardio sculpt fusion, namastrong, and core n’ more. Each class offers a blend of cardio and strength training to provide a fun and effective workout.

Fees are $3 for an individual class pass, $40 for a noon class pass and $60 for an all class pass.

Try any of the classes during Demo Week Monday, Jan. 15–19 for free. Note that due to a modified schedule, not all classes will be offered at their regularly scheduled time. Check out the full schedule or the Group Fitness program page for more information.
