Viterbo dietetics students will present the free cooking class, “How to Eat on a Budget” from 6–7:15 p.m. Monday, March 19 in the School of Nursing Building Foods Lab room 284. The class will cover how to prepare healthy and nutritious meals at a low price. Everyone is welcome to attend. Register by emailing Ashley McCabe by Monday, March 19. Everyone attending will receive a bag containing ingredients from a recipe made in the class.
The Spanish Club will host its annual Tamale sale Tuesday, March 27. Tamales are $2 a piece and will be sold from the School of Nursing Building foods lab room 284 from 9–11:30 a.m. and 2–4 p.m. Cooked or uncooked.
