Slow Flow Yoga and Scones Event Thursday

Join Rec Sports for a 30-minute slow flow yoga session with instructor Barb Sims followed by a 30-minute meditation led by Deb Murray at noon Thursday, April 19 in the Mathy Center multipurpose room. Essential oils will be diffused during this class, along with calming music to help this lunch hour rejuvenate participants for the rest of the work day.

Enjoy an array of teas and scones following the relaxation session. Take this time to connect with your fellow Viterbo employees and learn some tips on stress relief or grab your tea and scone to go. Can’t make the whole hour session? No problem. Attend for either the yoga or meditation, or even just stop by to socialize and enjoy some goodies.
